Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Average international delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, courier, customs processes, and shipping conditions.

Please note:

  • Some locations may experience delays due to local postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 35 business days.

Delivery Method

Orders may be delivered:

  • Directly to your doorstep

  • To a local pickup point or postal outlet
    (This depends on your country’s delivery network.)

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, products may arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 35 business days, please contact our customer support team.
You may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement shipment at no extra cost.

Shipping Origin

All products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to ensure the best pricing and global availability.


Ordering Products

To complete a purchase, customers must:

  • Add the desired products to the cart

  • Proceed to checkout

  • Enter accurate and updated information:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Shipping address

    • Phone number

    • Payment details

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays and could result in additional fees.

Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
A purchase is considered successful only after:

  • Payment is authorized

  • The order is accepted by our system

If a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed and a full refund will be issued.


Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product (not caused by use), you are eligible for:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

To process this, please provide:

  • Photos or video clearly showing the damage

  • A description of the issue

In some cases, we may resolve the issue without requiring you to return the product.


2. Returns for Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • A restocking fee of 5% of the order total or $10 (whichever is lower) will apply

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.


3. Return Shipping Instructions

  • Products must be returned using a trackable shipping method

  • Tracking number must be provided to support

  • All accessories or components must be included

Failure to return the product in its original condition may affect eligibility for a refund.


Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order:

Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it and receive:

  • A refund minus the 5% processing fee or $10 (whichever is lower)

After Shipment

If the order has already shipped:

  • The package must be received

  • Then returned according to our Return Policy

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned package is received and inspected.


Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier companies, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or items labeled “Non-Returnable” on the product page are excluded from this policy.

  • If any part of this policy conflicts with local consumer protection laws, the local laws take precedence.
