Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Average international delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, courier, customs processes, and shipping conditions.

Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

2. Returns for Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

A restocking fee of 5% of the order total or $10 (whichever is lower) will apply

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it and receive:

After Shipment
If the order has already shipped:

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned package is received and inspected.
