Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:
Delivery usually takes up to 14 business days from the moment the product is shipped.

Home delivery is available only in selected areas. In most cases, orders will be delivered to a pickup point (including local postal branches).
From the moment the order is placed, the company’s processing time is up to 5 business days.

Please note: In some cases, delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances such as shipping company delays or local postal service issues.

The latest possible delivery date is up to 35 business days from the date the product is shipped.
If your order has not arrived by then, please contact customer support — we will gladly offer you a full refund or a free reshipment.

All products are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers.
If your order includes more than one product, items may arrive in separate packages.


Placing an Order

To purchase products on the website, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, customers must provide:

  • Valid email address

  • Full name

  • Full shipping address

  • Phone number

  • Payment details

If the shipment is addressed to someone other than the buyer, the recipient’s full address and phone number must be provided to ensure proper delivery coordination.

All data provided during checkout is secured with advanced technology.
Once the purchase is completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the address you provided.

An order is considered completed only after approval from the credit card company.
If, for any reason, the business cannot supply the product, we are not obligated to deliver it. A notification will be sent to the customer via email.

If a product is out of stock, even if it appears available on the website, the customer will not have grounds for claims or compensation.

Providing false personal information is an offense. In case of accidental errors, customers must notify the business immediately. Any extra costs caused by incorrect information will be charged to the customer.

The website uses advanced PCI technology to secure and encrypt payment information.
We take all reasonable measures to maintain customer privacy.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is completed and approved, your items will be ordered specifically for you from our international supplier and delivered directly to your home or to the nearest pickup point within up to 40 business days.

We aim to provide the fastest possible delivery based on the shipping option selected during checkout.
However, actual delivery times depend on external shipping companies, and we cannot control or guarantee exact arrival dates.

If there is any delay in receiving your product, the customer must notify us immediately so we can solve the issue quickly.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or the day before holidays.


Return Policy

🔹 If you received a defective product

(Meaning the product arrived damaged, not damaged due to use):

You may exchange it for a new one or return it for a full refund.
In some cases, we may resolve the issue without requiring a return.
Please provide clear photos showing the defect along with a short description of the problem.

🔹 If you want to cancel the order for any reason (non-defective product)

A cancellation fee will be charged:
5% of the total order value or $30 — whichever is lower.
If your payment provider charges a cancellation fee, this will also be deducted.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, according to consumer protection laws.

To avoid issues, please ensure:

  • The product was not damaged due to use

  • The product was not used in any way

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories

Once the product is returned, we will process the refund within up to 7 business days.

Returns must be shipped via registered mail with a tracking number.

🔹 Returning After Shipment

If you wish to cancel after the product has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then send it back to our supplier’s warehouse overseas or to our office (depending on customer service instructions).

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A full refund will be issued after the returned item reaches the supplier.

Some products (such as customized items or special-shipping items) may not be eligible for return.


Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product.
Cancellation fees apply: 5% of the order total or $30 — whichever is lower.

If the order is not yet shipped:

You will receive a full refund minus cancellation fees.

If the order has already shipped:

You must wait for the product to arrive and then return it according to the Return Policy.

Note: Sometimes orders are shipped before the tracking number is updated.
The absence of a tracking number does not guarantee that the package hasn’t shipped.
